Reports

Overview
==================

The Reports section on the left menu is where you add Reports to the end user Dashboard.

Add New Report
================

To add a new report, click the "Add New" button at top.

Enter the following information:

* Report	- Name of the jrxml file
* Data Souce - The JRI Data Source name
* Format - Report Format (Defaults to HTML)
* File Name	- jrxml name of the report
* Name	- the name that will appear in the dashboard
* Description	- the description that will appear in the dashboard
* Access Groups - Group(s) that have access to this report
* Grouped Report - Report is part of Grouped Report   


With all fields populated, click the Add icon at right:

Report Thumbnail
=====================

You can set the thumbnail for a report by adding reportid.png to the assets/maps folder.

Edit Report
===================
To edit a report entry, click the Edit icon, as shown below:
